What are the important things to know about internship agreements?

No internship agreement will be established for a period of less than 2 months or more than 6 months.

Never start an internship without the internship agreement, because you would not be covered in case of an accident.

If your internship extends beyond August 31st, you must re-register by writing to iael@em-lyon.com .

If the company pays you more than 4.50 euros per hour, it must cover you for the risk of work-related accidents in accordance with French law.

For an internship in France of more than 2 consecutive months and full time, the minimum mandatory compensation is 4.50 euros per hour.
