The emlyon business school student is guaranteed against unforeseen accidents or illnesses which he or she may suffer during his travels abroad related to his or her studies (gap year, unconventional internships, innovation adventurers).

Please send your original paid invoices along with medical reports to your social security organizations (Social Security and supplementary health insurance) accompanied by the CERFA form "care abroad" downloadable from the website www.ameli.fr to the following address:

IMPORTANT: On the Cerfa form, please be sure to check the "French" box located at the bottom left of the form.

We will intervene in addition to these reimbursements upon presentation of statements from your social security organizations as well as copies of medical expense invoices, in accordance with our agreements, after deduction of the deductible.

You received an advance payment from the assistance provider:

We have paid your medical expenses in advance. Once we receive the paid invoices for the expenses we have covered, our claims department will send you two documents ( Subrogation and CERFA form ). These must be completed, signed, and returned to us by mail at the address below.

IMPORTANT : You may receive unpaid original invoices; in this case, please notify us by email at voyage@mutuaide.fr , indicating your file reference.
