See the OneDrive storage breakdown

To see how your data is distributed across your OneDrive space, you can access storage metrics by following this procedure.

Click on this link: https://emlyon-my.sharepoint.com/ then:

1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner (note that it's not always visible; you may need to place your cursor over it). It's located to the left of your photo.

2. Your OneDrive space settings

3. Other settings

4. Features and Storage > Storage Metrics

5. Documents (under Site Collections)

The Cloud Cleaner tool is available to help you identify and delete the largest files.
