Step 1: Instructions and getting started (5 min)

The evaluator announces the theme orally.
The evaluator announces that the candidates have 5 minutes to familiarize themselves with the platform.
Zoom in or out on the page to see better, find and write on the sticky notes, display the pencils and eraser, find the shapes…

Step 2: Explanation of the brainstorming method:

The evaluator asks each candidate to choose a color of sticky note before starting.

Step 3: Brainstorming (7 min)

The evaluator encourages candidates to communicate and helps them find the essential functions of the platform if needed.
Each candidate must write down a minimum of two to three ideas
The evaluator must count down the remaining time: "5 minutes left", then "2 minutes left", then "that's it, now it's up to you to transcribe your ideas with a mind map drawing".

Step 4: Drawing the mind map (15 min)

The evaluator displays the timer and must count down the remaining time: "5 min left", then "2 min left", then "it's over".
At the end of the 15 minutes of drawing, the evaluator thanks the candidates for their production and creativity.
The evaluator announces the final stage: the individual interviews and the order in which they will take place (see evaluation grid list).
The evaluator asks the candidates to log out and then log back in to the same Teams link to wait in the waiting room for their individual interview. He keeps the first candidate on his list with him.
